At this time, Burning Faith offers free shipping in the United States on orders $90 and over. We are always improving and we work with the top shipping providers to ensure a quality shipping process. To continue providing this excellent service, we must continue charging on international orders and orders less than $90.

Yes. Burning Faith ships Internationally. We have partnered with shipping providers across the world to ensure you can purchase our product.

Shipping rates vary depending on location, speed and size of packaging. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You will be asked your shipping address on the checkout page. Once the address is validated, our rates will appear. Often you will be given a choice of shipping options. Choose the one that best fits your needs.

As soon as your payment is processed, we request fulfillment of your item from our print providers. Once our print providers have finished processing your order, it is packed and mailed. You will receive an email at the email address you provide during the checkout process once your order has successfully been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use throughout the shipping process from the warehouse to your doorstep.

If you are worried that your package hasn't arrived yet, please first contact the delivery carrier and provide them your tracking information. It is their responsibility to get your package from the print provider to your doorstep and Burning Faith is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package has been "out for delivery" for over a month and you have contacted the carrier with no solution, please let us know at

If your order shows as "Delivered" with your tracking number but you haven't received your order, please contact the delivery provider and provide them details with your tracking information. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, we no longer have control over what happens with it and are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of packages. We would advise you to handle this directly with your delivery company.

If you qualify to return an item you purchased from us, securely pack your unused, unopened product in a box. Take it to your local postal service and ship it to the address we provide you. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be issued the agreed upon refund. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.

Typically, no. We usually do not require for a signature on our packages. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

Shipping times will vary depending on location. Shipping depends on production time. Some print providers may take extra time printing products. Due to high demand of many of our products, it may take a bit longer.

In some instances, expedited shipping may be available for your location for an additional fee.

If you placed your order within a few hours, there is a possibility we can intercept it from our print provider and that it hasn't entered production yet, however, you must contact us immediately at In other cases, if the order has already entered production, we may not be able to make the address change.

If you haven't received your order in over a month, please contact us. In some situations, your order may have been lost in transit, especially if you have received notification that it has shipped out. When this happens, the quicker we are notified the better. If we aren't notified quickly, we may be unable to assist.

If you receive the message "This item cannot be shipped to your location.", please notify us and we will fix this. It could be an error in our system. All items in our catalog are available worldwide if available in-stock. If you receive another error message, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. This is not immediate. Your order enters production phase where it is printed by our print team. This may take some time. Once the order has fully printed and packaged, it is shipped. At this time, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking number data is not immediate. It may take a day or two to update tracking information.
